Piper Windows Ltd has undertaken a consumer research programme to identify the main concerns expressed by past and potential customers. It emerges that the industry is bedevilled by a large number of small opportunistic organisations who lack the professional standards required. The main complaint by far is that the new windows or conservatories do not fit when they are first delivered. This causes all afflicted customers considerable disruption and distress. Other concerns were delivery on time and the quality of the installation teams.
Piper Windows have decided to implement the very best quality principles used by modern international manufacturing industry; especially the quality programme of Zero Defects. This quality system includes all Piper Windows suppliers and contractors. We require that our partners fully support this initiative and sign up to this fact. They will be certificated as approved Piper Windows partners. We use our own staff and production where this is realistic. All of our staff are trained and managed under the Zero Defects programme.
The principle aim is to ensure that Piper Windows products Fit First Time with the added benefit of generally improved delivery and quality standards.
