About Us
Since its formation in 1980, Piper Double Glazing has grown from eight employees to its present 150+ staff and a multi-million pound turnover. It's a success story that has been built on an over-riding commitment to quality and service, coupled with a continuing policy of training and investment in the most efficient and up to date manufacturing plant and processes.
This has always centred on the manufacture and installation of PVCu windows and doors, with local authorities, health authorities, housing authorities, defence establishments and other commercial organisations being our main clients for windows and associated refurbishment contracts.
Piper Windows was initially wholly owned by its parent company, Piper Building Contractors, and whilst it is now independent, its management structure is drawn from the building industry. We have considerable experience in this field and, together with our extensive expertise in the window division, form a formidable partnership.
Product Quality Standards are certified to ISO 9001:2000 and we hold certification for both the manufacture and installation of windows. Our windows can be specified to carry the BS7950 Kitemark for enhanced security.
